Recommended Use :
For "loading doses" , take 1 heaping teaspoon (5 grams) and mix with 16 fl. ounces, or 475 ml (depending on desired consistency) juice, water or high carbohydrate beverage ( and a robust muscle workout !) 4 times a day for 5 days. During the loading phase, take no more than 0.3 grams of creatine per each kilogram (2.2 pounds) of body weight.
For "maintenance doses", mix 1 heaping teaspoon with the beverage of your choice 1 time a day before and/or after training. For individuals with bodyweight greater than 225 pounds (102 kg), use 1 teaspoon 5 to 6 times daily for “the loading dose“; and take 1 teaspoon 2 times a day for “the maintenance dose“.
Warning/ Precaution :
Because of the potential for side effects and interactions with medications, dietary supplements should be taken only under the supervision of a knowledgeable health care provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is imperative to remain well hydrated while intaking this supplement. Drink daily at least 1fl.ounce of water per pound (or 60 ml of water per kilogram) of body weight while supplementing. Following the loading and maintenance phases, a washout period (one month) is advised.
